About the project
I was tasked to take over the user research efforts of a fintech company to identify target audiences for the company's new financial products. The goal of this research is as follows:
Identify and understand the characteristics and habits of the company's current and potential customers across different financial products.
Identify user pain points of the company's current website.
Ideate and develop new features to increase customer engagement.

My Role
I acted as a UX researcher, working closely with a UI designer and a project manager.
What I did
Utilize Design Thinking to guide through the research process
Designed and distributed surveys to collect user data
Conduct user interviews to gain in-depth insights
Analyzed gathered data from user research to identify user journeys and user types
Produced personas, empathy maps, and as-is scenarios
Present user research findings to management teams to gain executive buy-in
